Fall 2024 Application: “You Can’t Label People, but You Can Label Products” Scholarship by Sttark
Sttark is excited to bring back our scholarship for Fall 2024 after having over 1000 students apply in the spring. We will award a $3,000 scholarship to a U.S. high school, college, or graduate student who can show us how products can be labeled, but people can’t. We understand the danger of false labels and believe the best ideas begin with a blank slate–no prejudices or preconceptions. For this reason, try to forget any labels related to academics or talent you’ve received in the past. Tap into your innate originality and creativity through writing and design.

Write a 1000-word creative essay showing how you relate to this statement and why it matters. Design a label related to your essay that belongs on a product but not a person. Submission Window: May 1, 2024 – September 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST
The scholarship winner will be selected by October 8, 2024 and notified by email. Before receiving funds, the winner will be required to provide proof of attendance or acceptance to a college or university. All scholarship funds will be sent directly to the winner’s school.
